Agreement Between Client and Nomadotour
Welcome to Nomadotour (operated under [Legal Company Name], referred to herein as "Nomadotour," "we," "us," or "our"). By making a reservation, placing a deposit, or purchasing any travel services offered through our website (https://nomadotour.com), via email, or through our direct representatives, you ("Client," "Passenger," or "You") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully prior to completing any transaction.
Booking & Contract Formation
Contract Initiation: A binding contract between Nomadotour and the Client comes into effect only when we issue a formal booking confirmation following the receipt of the required deposit or payment.
Accuracy of Information: The lead passenger making the booking confirms that they have full authority to accept these conditions on behalf of all individuals named in the party. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that all personal information (names as spelled in passports, dates of birth, passport details) provided during booking is complete and accurate.
Pricing, Deposits, and Payments
Prices Quoted: All prices quoted on our website or custom itineraries are in United States Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), or as explicitly specified in your individual invoice.
Price Invariability: Once a booking deposit has been paid and confirmed, the total package price is guaranteed against any future price increases, except in cases of major governmental regulatory changes, unexpected domestic aviation tax changes, or currency devaluation beyond controlled margins.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via authorized bank wire transfer, major credit/debit cards via our secure online gateway, or other agreed payment methods. Any bank handling fees or transfer surcharges are the responsibility of the Client.
